Q: How is the delivery charge calculated?
A: Delivery charges are calculated as you add products to the cart and are worked out on the value of the order.
Q: What are these charges?
A: They are calculated as follows:
Orders £7.50 - £30.00 - £2.95
Orders £30.01 - £52.50 - £3.50
Orders £52.51 - £90.00 - £4.50
Q: How will my order be sent?
A: Orders are normally sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery so will require a signature. Please ensure the address you give us will have someone there to accept the delivery.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: We aim to produce and dispatch your order within 10 working days.
Q: Do you offer a bespoke service?
A: Yes, if you have a special requirement and would like to use our bespoke service, then please email us for details. There is a charge for this service which is dependant on the artwork and time involved.
Q: What size are your cards and invitations?
A: All of our cards and invitations are A6 postcard size and are printed on one side.
Q: What weight is the card and what colour is it?
A: We use 290gsm high quality cardstock. The colour we use is Candlelight Cream and has a beautiful shimmering finish.
